Albert V. Shelby, III
Director of Program Delivery
Georgia Department of Transportation
"I formally meet Krystal Dixon when she started in the Office of Program Delivery with the Georgia Department of Transportation as a Project Manager. She was assigned primarily bridge replacement projects in the beginning where she gained firsthand knowledge of the PDP process, policy requirements and established a working relationship with other SME offices and local governments. She quickly became proficient with different project types, funding, flow charts/workflows and protocols. Krystal developed a working relationship with local governments, ARC/MPOs, federal and state agencies. Due to her increased knowledge of project delivery, her process driven approach and professionalism Krystal ascended to the position of Assistant Program Delivery Administrator with the Department. Mrs. Dixon would be an asset to any organization or team that is serious about performance and delivery. "
